Do what I do in such moments: go down to the sea, stare at the waves and the sun going down (at least YOU live in Brasil, so there should be some sun as oppose to here...), take your walkman with you and listen to music....you know whose music! You'll feel all refreshed and ready to kick life up the arse again afterwards.
And as for your art: well, if it makes a living for you paint beautiful flowers for those who pay for it and keep painting what you feel like painting for those who know how to read it.
Everything else is not even worth considering.
