Which reminds me...truly one of the most pathetic spots in the long, sad history of this thread: I happened to catch the closing credits of a 'Pointless' a couple of weeks back (I never watch it) and whose name happened to zoom by? ~ Ms Debbie Dannell (as make-up designer). Debbie used to do the Moz Barnett (& a bit of slap too) around the Kill Uncle ~ Arsenal Tours (the imperial high point of the Morrissey pompadour, literally) She then progressed to some sort of PA (or "my new ally" as 'Autobiography' puts it) She was also Alain Whyte's girlfriend for a time.

Perhaps this explains the preponderance of Morrissey questions on that show. Plus the host is (yet another) huge toff Smiths fan
