One of the best songs on a weak album. I gave it an 8... possibly it should have received a 9. I love the line, "I'm slipping below the water line". Classic Moz angst. Loses points for the opening ("On returning I can't believe this world is still turning" - you can't rhyme "returning" with "turning"!) and closing ("There's a wild man in my head" - makes me think of an ape running wild or something) lines though.
