He hasn't got a clue. His use of the phrase 'loony left' speaks volumes of his total lack of grasp.

It's a foolish phrase for him to use, because it's one of those phrases, which both sides have, which undermine the idea that one has independent thoughts, they just suggest that one has been gorging on a particular flavour of nonsense so greedily that it is passing through undigested.
