Sorry, May I add I'm a singer and rhythm guitarist so will need myself a Johnny, Andy and Mike...or Jesse, Soloman and Matt...no this isn't a tribute band, all original music! 
I'd love to help you old chap - I also love Johnny Marr and David Gates, but I'm no lead guitarist - more a rhythm guitarist. And I sing when kicked.

I think if you are putting a poster up you have to pay but I think there is a notice board of ''bass player wanted'' etc which I imagine is free.
Better still, try places like 'Johnny Roadhouse' on Oxford Road and other musical instrument shops. And if you are looking for a manager, let me know
