Hello,
I recently came to stumble on a Canadian band called "The Organ" quite by accident. I'm sure some of you are already well versed. For those new to the band think musically The Cure, The Smiths, Joy Division, Blondie and Ladytron for something more recent...yes that good.

Check out the song "Brother" which may yet re-introduce me to the indie dancefloor. The album "Grab That Gun" is well worth hearing, melodic, moody short songs with good lyrics to boot....if you like that sort of thing, why of course you do! Anyway just thought i'd share....hope you like them.

Thank you and take good care
Kes X

> Now that's really good stuff!!

I knew i could rely on you Daniel, keep up the good taste.

*nods*

Grab That Gun may ease my anticipation for the new Ladytron album. I've been waiting for that thing for over 2 and a half years!

The Organ are great. I saw them live earlier this year, not really knowing too much about them, and I was very impressed. I got the album very quickly afterward, and have not stopped listening to it since. My favorite tracks on the album are Steven Smith, I'm not Surprised, Memorize The City, Brother, and Grab That Gun. If I had my way, they would open for Mr M on his next tour. Best all girl band in ages. If you get a chance to see them, definitely go.

I can't wait to see em support the Weddoes noW !!!

Thanks KeZy....

On the strength of that song I have just bought the album off some website or other.

Sounds excellent and so do the two other snippets off the website.

Thank you for this!

Damn this band is good. I'm usually not a fan of girl bands but these females know what they are doing. Top notch stuff.
