I would say " Boy With The Arab Strap". Without a doubt.

Trust you to mention items of a sexual nature, Tommy.

Nah. 'If You're Feeling Sinister' is my fave. Although there are some good tracks on TBWTAS, but any album that has a song containing the following lyrics has got to be top.

"Now he's throwing discus for Liverpool and Widnes"

They're not too bad to listen to, but terrible live. The entire stage is a charisma-free zone.

I saw them in Toronto last year and it was really really (repeat'really' 300 times) shite.
Being Canada, I was the only charismatic person in the building. Unfortunately for the audience, I wasn't on the stage.
I went to the aftershow party thingy at a bar called 'The B-side'. A couple of the band turned up to play some records. They're shite at dj-ing as well.
It's always puzzled me that people who can produce decent stuff can have a godawful taste of their own. I'd include his Mozness in that. The recent 'under the influence' is a wee bit dodgy to say the least. And then we have 'cosmic dancer'. Ah well, enough said.
Anyway, I got a shag out of it. Some lucky Toronto bird struck gold that night.
So all's well that ends well.
Aye......

I can't help it Bluenose. All those years at an all boys school has warped my mind.

I am sexually repressed. You may have heard

You're not the only person who has commented how bland they are live. A friend of mine adores them and she said they don't communicate with the crowd at all and there is no rapport there. I wouldn't mind seeing them live, but I'm a bit put off now.

Well I reckon the band must have heard that themselves a while ago, because during the Toronto gig they tried to get a rapport going. It didn't work though. It seemed forced and that they were trying too hard. Which is always uncomfortable.
They even asked if someone wanted to come up onstage and do a song with them. Any song. So they get a few shouts from the crowd and end up dragging this bird onstage. She wanted to do the Stones 'satisfaction'.
Fair enough. They start up the intro and the bird sings the first line or two. Then she stopped. They all look at her. She looks at them. I don't know if she froze or if the daft piece of totty didn't know all the words. So there's an awkward silence, until the band decide to sing it themselves. Which they do. Badly. With the daft bird just standing there.
It took my toes a week to straighten out.
