Does anyone know wher this video was filmed, was it in dagenham, i recognise the area, and i think it may be near harlow, does anyone know???

I recognise the car park. By the way i have always thought this song is genius, you have to have been to this part of the country to understand the lyrics. Dagenham is truly unique
