I guessed so to be honest - no he hasn't got round to paying him yet.

Basically, when the case concluded and the judge awarded Joyce the 25% he was claiming for, he didn't actually specify how the money should be paid. Johnny paid up his share pretty much immediately, but Morrissey's dragging his heels for as long as he can, attempting to get an appeal heard in any court that'll listen.

Morrissey has just been fighting for the truth to come out from that day forward. But Joyce lied, and also other evidence was not heard, so who can blame Morrissey because he's doing things the right way. The judges (all of them) not just that one obviously had been told about Margaret on the Guilotine - and after that the whole charade went down like a pack of cards.

I don't believe Joyce has done a hard days work since going to court, spending Johnny Marr's hard earned money and publishing this and that.
