House of Blues info. needed...

Just wanted to know if anyone who's been to the Houes of Blues before in Vegas could tell me (us) if it's a small venue or not--how many people can get in there and where it's located in Vegas--easy to get to or not?

What's a good hotel to stay in when traveling to Vegas--this will be my first time so I'm out of the loop--can someone help?
