If all the mice were killed, think how many cats would die. And how many dogs would die because of that. And then loads of sheep would go un-herded, leading farmers to have nervous breakdowns and be unable to care for their cows and chickens. Then prices of meat would go through the roof, and then people would die of hunger.
There is a method to his madness.
I don't think you quite understand the terminology you are using. And incidentally, children are annoying as shit.

Anders Breivik, the norwegian mass murderer expressed regrets over having run over a mouse on his way to killing 69 children. No regrets about the kids, though.
Adolf Hitler cried when his dog died, but said the children of Berlin deserved to die and sent them to your death.
Morrissey says he prefers burning human flesh to burning animal flesh, and that what happens in Norway is nothing compared to what goes down at McDonald's.

Point is, pile this on top of "Madstock", on top of comments about muslims, on top of the expressed desire to kill elected politicians, and it's beginning to add up to a very ugly picture, indeed.

I've never understood why it matters whether he's a racist or not. Surely people can hate whoever they want for whatever reason they want. As long as they aren't physically acting upon it, what they hell does it matter? Cos the minorities aint going to miss them, are they?
