Ruffian ! How dare you post a Morrissey related message on this board.Today of all days.

Today the board consists of two rather juvenile people indulging in handbags at 15 paces.

Neither has one iota of interest in contributing to discussions on anything music rtelated far less Morrissey related.

Instead of taking their purile little slagging matches to a one to one forum they prefer to inflict it on us all via the board.

It's been going on for months and has all the fascination of watching your favourite colour of Dulex dry...very slowly.

With Morrisey's star in such ascendancy at the moment it's pretty sad to see what has been a vibrant and informative board of late being dominated by two people whose whole argument with each other bolils down to the "My Dad is bigger than your Dad" variety

If only David T would do the decent thing and let these 2 "fans" disappear into cyberspace I am sure I would not be alone in sighing a huge "Halleluia".

Anyway,happy Friday everyone.

It won't happen. This board has been evidence of "free speech gone awry" for ages now. I tend to read only a handrul of post recently.

Moz forever!!

And what finds you in such an unusually good mood this morning, Johnny? Funny how almost nobody really wants to discuss the new record isn't it! Actually the Simon Goddard "review" has made me even more excited about the new LP. Goddard's not a big fan of solo Moz, he's more into The Smiths, and he didn't seem to have a bad word to say about it. I like the idea of a more upbeat Vauxhall with some experimental electronic touches. That would do nicely.

I felt the same way. Should be a corker.

Hi Dirk. You are right. I am feeling exceptionally chipper this AM.Possibly because it's Friday but I also had a great night out last night.

I won tickets through work to see the Opera "Carmen" and it was immense Not my typical night out but the tickets were free and the wee lady was dead chuffed. It was a good night.

As for Moz well I'm like a cat on a hot tin roof waiting for the album and the MEN. If anything my love of Morrissey and his work have increased over the years.

Hopefully see you at Manchester

You are correct Johnny Boy.. It's an absolute farce (the aggression and abuse is amazing though).. But compare it to home, In the UK, we exchange a few words, have a scrap, its all forgotten, these people go on and on about it. Two duelling pistols and 10 paces should sort out their mess.

Now don't you go start trolling me son, else we'll fall out too..
