I guess it's a good publicity stunt. Reese is a nobody and the only way to bring attention to his album was to make these ridiculous offers. The music press and people like you are talking about it. Even if Reese is forced to go to PF Changs with a few psychos that have actually heard of him, it will still have been a worthwhile initiative. I don't think he'll have to worry about anyone buying the more expensive packages; it would be a different story if he was a true celebrity.
