Speaking of Smiths albums

Does anyone know where I could find a good bootleg of the Tate version of "The Smiths" on the internet?

Has anyone ever heard this version? I'm curious. I've always found "The Smiths" to be over-produced--much prefer the versions of the songs that appear on Hatful, for example.

I hope you find that.

I have the bootleg and some of it is real cool.

I don't have an ability to put it on the internet.

That used to be one of the easier bootlegs to find.
Not sure if it still is.

I got all the tracks through napster some years ago, so Im sure there still around.
I'll try and make them availiable as a torrent in the near future.

How can you say they're overproduced? They don't sound like they're produced at all

I got this program called soulseek yesterday, and its very good at finding that sort of thing. I saw the tate sessions listed a couple of times on searches but I haven't d/l them myself.

Thanks everyone for that! I'll try and track it down.

PS--Dave, I meant that it sounds a bit 80's cheesy in parts, something that thankfully is largely absent in their other albums!
