Suedehead on radio one?!

Had to post this as it made me chuckle. Sara Cox actually played Suedehead on the breakfast show this morning on Radio One. Needless to say she was spouting some drivvel about not remebering it. It certainly made my morning, and made me late for my first (and only) lecture of the day.

I usually to use the good old "couldn't be arsed" excuse for not going to lectures, but the lectures will probably tire of that one soon....

I couldn't believe it, I was there driving along the A33 and I turned the station over to Radio 1 and Suedehead started - sppoky.

I usually listen to Five Live or Radio 4 in the car.

Does anybody who loves the smiths really listen to radio one?
It's totally devoted to rap, hip hop, popstars and all that other pointless, unintelligent, utterly annoying rubbish.
