Re: You must really like your mom, Proper.

Actually,my mom did nothing to me for me to get this way. I just have a "fixation" with bangin other peoples mom's. I'm sure i banged yours too,In fact,I know i did. She's the one with the fishy smelling vagina? the one who likes to suck off reindeer right? she was having sex with rudolph on your chimney when you were a little tyke. Thus, your real dad is rudolph the red nosed reindeer. Do you have a very shiney nose? I thought so. Your mom has a very nice a.ss ,but I knew that already. Tell her,if she wants to be with me,she's going to have to take it in the ass like a good little whore doez ok?

i think i have never heard anything from kd lang but i`ll try to. Do you remember the brazilian journalist paulo francis? he hated pop but he really liked kd lang. Thanks for your suggestion!

Billy Budd

...well said. You seen Goldfrapp live yet? A vision to behold, really....finest live band in years.

No not seen them live yet, will do next time they are around these parts. I heard they have just gone to America, or are going soon for some gigs over there. I haven't been to a gig for about a year now, not been much on for while.

Are any UK tour dates planned ?

Goldfrapp

....not for a spell, I think - have a look here : www.feltmountain.co.uk
this has details of future gigs - they've been touring pretty solid this year so far, seen 'em twice, once in Bristol, the other time at the Q Award gig they did in the middle of a forest on the outskirts of Bath. It was near where they recorded some of the album - great venue, just a wooden building in the middle of nowhere. Suited the music, too.

They've been robbed of so many awards this year - including the Q one (bloody Starsailor won it?!?!?!).

And all the noises you hear on the album - that's how she sings. Awesome. Last band I saw that blew me away like these was Cocteau Twins - they have the same 'feel' live.

I'm too lazy to think of the best songs now, but all I know is, if there
was a better album in 2001 than Kirsty MacColl's I did not hear it. If someone would just play it on the stupid radio I swear every single song could be a hit and she'd be a huge star...even though she'd sadly not be here to enjoy it.
It may actually be a 2000 album, I can't remember, but I'm happy to see it's the first album of her's that is heavily stocked at Best Buy...even though no one shopping there is likely to buy it. But I bought it a second time because the American release has bonus tracks (good ones too!) and new cover art.
