TIALTNGO video question

Just watched the above videos and number one was TIALTNGO and the video to the song was the video for 'Stop me if you think.....' etc with was also used in the UK for 'i started something' - the one with the Moz look a likes cycling around Strangeways and Salford lads Club.
Ive never known this song to be given that film - was that a first? why not show Jarmen's video of the song?
Any answers?

These videos are slightly different as I Started Something... shows an extra few second clip.
