Too Risque Entertainment 7" - Is this Andy Rourke?

I have the above 7" and it states that singer & bass is Andy Rourke. The record is on round records in failsworth and am wondering if it is THE Andy Rourke. Can't find infor anywhere apart from the fact that one sold for over £100 on popsike a while back

It probably isn't him. I don't think Andy Rourke can sing can he?
