im not so sure these were selling at high prices not that long ago , they seem to have leveled out around the £40 mark now ... £65 is a tad on the high side especially with no OBI

That's what I was getting at. I also thought that with the advent of Maladjusted expanded edition, Rare Tracks' value plummeted, just as the value of most early cd singles did when, at the record company meeting, they decided to reissue and repackage all those items in a best of, most of, box set kind of way. This story is old (i know) but it goes on....

The first thing that crossed my mind was whether this was a misprinted Dagenham cd. That would have been catastrophic!
