Received an email from Ticketmaster confirming CALGARY’S new rescheduled date of Friday October 11, 8:00pm.

Quick question, as the rescheduled conserts were so close (as with the UK tour last year) surely there was a number of merchandise produced for these dates etc. What happens to all that stuff?! With specific dates on tour shirts and possibly posters and so on it’s not like they can recycle it all for the future dates.

I know that in 2012/13 when there were quite a few cancellations, they sold t-shirts with the wrong dates at some of the gigs that did go on, albeit at a discount price iirc.

If at least 3 band members were already in Vancouver for the last couple of days, presumably rehearsing, then I doubt that the cancellation is due to poor ticket sales this time.
But honestly, medical reasons have been an excuse for cancelling way too often, it should not come as a surprise that his tours are not selling as well as they used to anymore. Most people are probably waiting until the last minute to decide whether they will show up, and not plan long trips anymore.
So what was the accident? Did the heavy-all-glass door to the steam room in his luxurious spa n the south of France explode in his face again?
