    Your latest Morrissey/Smiths buy

Fair observations - I've never seen BSA in solid form, either. Meanwhile, the LNIDTSLM solid which I've seen was an Irish pressing, whilst both UK and Irish variants of GIAC have been witnessed by mine eyes. So, maybe there is hope after all...

They must be the two Jukebox "promos", as Stephane says, these must be extremely rare to find with those sleeves. Great items, I too would have snapped them up if I had known these were available when I dealt with the very cordial and trustworthy blameless, in recent times. Incidentally...

Isn't the front insert a thicker card with four perforated edges (thus identifying it as original)?

Here we go again another fake

Wouldn't the condition of these posters have affected theirvalues? The posted picture in the ads showed a heavily folded and very crumpled 12 x 24? Still great items to own, admittedly.

Here we go again another fake

Aside from whether the autographs are genuine or not, I noticed that the seller also listed a stop smoking aid, which they claim to have worked for them (in an effort to kick their 60 a day habit). Not a very pleasant association with all the great vintage posters (regardless of where they have...

Here we go again another fake

It's been listed under ebaY category > Music > Music Memorabilia > Artists/Groups > AC/DC  It's really laughable now.... :lbf:

FANTASTIC Mikael! Do you wanna sell ME that item, since it's "another" copy for you? If yes, state your price (incl. shipping to UK) by PM. Thanks!

I'm not saying it's worth their asking price, but please bear in mind that the Eil Japanese "Stop Me" is (I think) for a still sealed 1988 release (not the 1990 reissue with different catalogue number). The former item is obviously a lot more scarce than the latter (which regularly appears on ebay).

Beau, cassettes are (cheap and) still worth collecting for completists! Mine now only ever get played in the car, as my ICE still has that medium! Dave, I also have the TCM NY mix / PSB 12", however, my copy is in a white (not black) stickered sleeve (although sticker is the same). :)

:o Sorry Mikael, I misinterpreted your post on first reading. When you said "my normal one", I thought you meant an original mispressed copy which you already owned and not the standard UK 12" (which I take it that you do mean). My mistake, although I thought you knew that there is no such thing...

    Your latest Morrissey/Smiths buy

Mikael, are you trying to ascertain how many mispressed "Suedehead" 12" are in existence? I have 2 copies, both state the B-2 string of characters. A visual inspection of the vinyls also highlights some differences in the track lengths to distinguish between the standard (Hairdresser) and...

Yes Flax, you're right! Can we say therefore, that the "Suedehead" UK promo 12" is not quite as limited as we originally assumed, just like the ambiguity surrounding the numbers of "Boy Happy" 12" pic. discs in existence? Or to coin a phrase "best of, most of (satiate the need)....."!

Mikael, I (wrongly) assumed the 2 x UK cd promos of "TMYIMTCIG" pictured were the standard promo and mispressed label (with 45RPM graphics). As Grim (kind of) said previously, the quest to complete our collections could go on forever (...in which case we're doomed). Thanks again!

That's a truly fantastic array of "standard" Mozzer items, Mikael - congratulations and thanks! I was surprised to see 10 (yes, TEN!) variations of "Alma Matters". Also, what's the story behind the "Suedehead" UK 12" promos issued WITHOUT the numbered stickered sleeve? I too have that style for...

    Your latest Morrissey/Smiths buy

I received my cd and 7" set of "AYNIM" but have had great difficulty yanking the cd and inner from its outer sleeve, as it's such a tight fit. Each time I try I am unsuccessful and give up in fear of causing damage to the packaging and / or disc. Anybody else had this problem? Also, any tips for...
