No, the album is still rumoured to be "about to release" but that could be any time in 2024 (or beyond). We also have no clue as to whether Morrissey will end up being on the album or not: its contents may well have shifted markedly since the interview in which A$AP mentioned Moz doing some kind of guest vocal for him. So we just need to wait and see. I still hope it happens!

Yeah, the court arraignment was last week and the case goes to trial in March, probably a second half of the year release depending on the result and sentence.
