yes she does go to his shows there is a bootleg from the royal albert hall
where he mentions his parents.

Awww, look how Morrissey's eyes are all melty with love in that photo.

And I don't think Mrs. Dwyer looks short, quite the opposite. Her lanky son is nearly 6' tall, so she'd be just a few inches shorter -- that's tall for a woman, and very tall for an Irish woman
