Morrissey's most vocally challenging songs?

Nobody Loves Us - Girl Least Likely 2
agree?

November Spawned a Monster is one that immediately comes to mind.

Re: Lifeguard sleeping, girl drowning

Never liked that one

'Miserable Lie' ... he must've worn tight trousers for that one.
And the end of 'Come Back To Camden' ... he really, really does want to be good, so much so he nearly runs out of breath.

Mozzer, darling, you'll never be Jeff Buckley, but you still have a beautiful voice.

The only song from the quarry album he's not done live.

Come back to Camden. Dropped from the setlist at Bridlington.

Re: His cover of "nessun dorma", awful.

he covered nessun dorma? get out. anyone have a copy of that somewhere? (even though you said it was awful...i still want to hear it for myself )

Let Me Kiss You...

...apparently, because Nancy Sinatra sounds god-awful trying to do that one. It almost makes me wonder if he gave her that one just to f*** with her but she didn't get the joke, because she soo cannot pull it off.

Re: boy with the thorn in his side

Well to date i havent heard a morrissey solo song that isnt excellent

however in 'Heaven knows im miserable now' from his smiths days, i think hes just short of pulling off the high note in the part 'if i live or die'.

I think I agree with you and even more with his sentiments.

Laugh? I knew I never would.

Sorry to bore you with my reply Ian but as you know, "obsession" is my middle name.

Night.

I was happy in the haze ot f pissed up site, but heaven knows I'm paying for it now.

Actually here are the top 5 - and believe me I know

1. "I Have Forgiven Jesus"
2. "Girl Least Likely To"
3. "Death Of A Disco Dancer"
4. "I Won't Share You"
5. "Miserable Lie"

I am basing my opinion on actual chest voice not falsetto - except for #5

PLAYBOY

He cant sing the 'international' bit & hasnt sung it for years, more's the pity.

Girl Afraid

I've heard some live versions of it and he never fails to start rough.
