Well it's £1.50, but I get the impression that everyone rounds it up to the nearest quid?

I can be a Tightwad sometimes, but I've never waited for change from a Big Issue vendor!!

I'd give them my visa and ask them to round it up to £5 if they had an erm....slot. I am that kind.

Very funny.

Big Issue is a publication which raises awareness of the social issues to the British people.
Venders are homeless people who are making effort to get back on track.

The one time I tried to buy a Big Issue, the guy took my money and refused to give me the magazine saying he needed the money more than what I did. He then refused to give me the money back. That put me off a bit to be honest!!

And I thought the interview was funny. "Mr Cul-de-Sac"...haha. There's not really any new information in there but still, any Morrissey is better than no Morrissey at all.
