Only 19% of Women Think About Sex Every Day?

thanks, I'd love that sometime that hand happens to me while playing poker....

and NO NO NO everything must think all the time bout sex,because is so normal(not?)

I don't really think about alot, actually hardly ever unless there's a reason :( I dunno, I'm 17 maybe women think about sex more as they get older, a sort of reverse to men :confused:

I thought about it all the time when I was 17! :confused: But then again, I still do. So, in my experience, it doesn't really change. It just becomes easier to talk about it. When I was 17, I was obsessed with it and terrified of it at the same time... now I'm not terrified anymore.

Why do women lie about those things?! 19%?! Yeah, right. Maybe those are married women who have very bad sex every day, so they're trying to think of something else while it's happening. :p

i saw very quickly a article about a sex survey and it said that there is a majority of people of a certain age (70%) who haven't had sex in the past year. so it went to say that the idea that everyone being at it like a bunch of rabbits in the springtime, is a bit of myth. wished i kept it, but it was on a train and i can't be arsed to carry a newspaper around with me.

Thinking about sex and having it are two different things! Actually, people who aren't having sex are often the same ones who think about it the most.

What age were those people? I've read a report on American college students (Columbia university) which showed than a big percentage didn't have sex during the past year, but all of them believed that everyone else was having lots of sex!

I think that there are far more people who don't have sex than we think. It's just that we're bombarded with sex images/talk by the media, and it always seems like everyone else is having lots of lots of sex... while in fact, many peple don't have it, but are ashamed to admit it. In this day and age, people are scared that not having sex will make them look either like 1) a loser (as Morrissey said, the common belief is that, if you are sleeping alone, 'you're incapable of roping anybody in'), or 2) an abnormal person (If you're funny /clever / good-looking, why are you on your own tonight?... what is wrong with you?? You must have some psychological problem... etc.).

i saw that article quite a while ago, so sorry i can't remember sorry.

i think every thing you have written is quite true!

this week i was asked by a guy if he should go on a blind date with someone from a another dept. i told why not! he did and the next day was very happy he sleeped with the chap. the funny thing is he asked me for advice as i am "normally right" about such things! I haven't the heart to tell him the last time i was in a relationship... he would be shocked!

Men think every other minute about sex, and women think every 16 seconds that men think every other minute about sex. Where's the logic?

Exactly, I went to stay with my mum friends daughter in Germany. They'd all had sex when they were about 13 :eek: and when I said I was still a virgin, they were all 'OMG, well that's ok, someone will sleep with you here, don't worry how about Martin?'. And when I said no I was alright all I got was 'but your pretty, seriously someone will sleep with you, oh are u a lesbian' :rolleyes: I mean what's wrong with people :confused:
