Phill, did you get to the bottom of this?
I've searched and searched and the only possible area I could think of is it might be around Hampson St (off Regent Rd, near Lloyds Metal Processors)....given the video was all filmed nearby across the way there.
Or somewhere round Cornbrook perhaps? Only places I can think either a train or tram goes over.
