1. as another album by morrissey FOR morrissey fans

2. gets 3 out of 5 stars in the usual mag reveiws

3. accepted politley by the 16- 29 yr olds although the indie music scene is more vibrant and exiting than it has been in years

4. glance in and out of the album charts cos people dont give things more than 2 listens these days

5 forgotten this time next year as young vibrant exiting indie bands (paddingtons- harrisons- arctic monkeys- subways- editors- young knives-etc )knock f*** out of their guitars and sing from the heart of youth

6 leaving the loyal average moz fan wondering (if they're gonna be honest)if the moz tank is empty and void of new ideas after all it seems to happen to every single performer in the end so its nowt to be ashamed of .weve had more than our moneys worth in the past but a 47yr old multi millionaire living in luxurious rome wont offer the same fare as an angst ridden youth starved of love and fame with only manchesters grey skies and violet carson for company and inspiration

that's weird since this is his best album in ten years. very classic yet very new.

Yes true. I think *maybe* morrissey's happiness has been his downfall. Yet, i am thrilled and he should go out on top. Instead he must belive that his happiness is a seperate componenet from his art and maybe it is, but i cant help feel that when the sunlight crept in his muse was at least partially gone.
Don't get me wrong, I think the new album is indeed brilliant. In fact when all the b-sides come out and its said and done i think that i will have a totally loveable playlist in my itunes. As for now i am wobbly on just a few of the tracks.

yeah. they got little bangs and black hair.
they have vintage schwinns with a basket on top.
they love to shop
but they hate the word capitalism
poke around them long enough you will find the following:
(1) they LOVE horror films, and bad ones at that
(2) always making clothes
(3) have a jolly rogers attached to nearly everything
(4) are studying graphic design but secretly wish to manage or promote bands
(5) they are incredibly skilled at making mix tapes and cd's for guys they want to bonk

2, 4, and 5 are so correct. the others could be, i just don't know
