Top 10 Smiths/Morrissey songs

I left out 'How Soon Is Now'. I realize it's a Smiths classic and was one of their best known songs, but i absolutely hate it because here in North America it is more known in the last 10 years as being the theme song to the cheesy tv show "Charmed" which starred Shannen Doherty and Alyssa Milano. I hate it when they allow classic songs to be ruined by television shows.
I'm not a fan of HSIN, but because it's so long and repetitive and slightly boring. (better than a lot of songs, but compared to most Smiths songs it's a dud. But it's gotten better after seeing it live.)

I love Shannen Doherty because I have a strange fascination with 90210 and the teen culture of the early '90s. But yes, that cover was horrendous.

My favorites are usually relative to my mood or state of mind over a period of time. During this time I usually exaggerate the greatness of a song. So technically this isn't a top 10 greats list.

That version in madrid showed how brilliant the song really is, however many silly levels of production nonsence and mis-interpretations by dim-witted fools over the years have tarnished it.
