Full UK tour dates

Wasn't it the Borough Hall that he played in Hartlepool in 1999? That was the best Morrissey concert I've ever been to so fingers crossed I manage to get a ticket this time.

That shouldn't be a problem. I'll agree to anything in my current state, as I still can't quite comprehend him playing my home town.

Same here, I was knocked for six when I first read and reacted to that (in college in front of about 20 other people)

In some ways it seems too good to be true.

It was. Hartlepool was as grim as hell, but it was mid winter. The gig itself was great, but the town was awful. The Borough Hall is out on the Headland, which was quite a way out of Hartlepool itself. Perhaps in May it won't seem so far.

I bought some chips outside the Hall, and took a bite. They were cooked in lard. Ten seconds later I was throwing up in a bush.

has he evr announced more dates after announcing a full schedule like this? if not, i guess the "residency" at the apollo probably won't be happening.

When did it stop being the Brixton Carling Academy and become part of the o2? And more importantly does it mean there'll be a pre-sale for o2 customers?

Was Carling last time I went. Only saw it'd changed since hearing about Moz there.

How does this affect the Orange Gigs and Tours thing!? Surely a conflict of interest.

I got my ticket at twenty past:p.

When did it stop being the Brixton Carling Academy and become part of the o2? And more importantly does it mean there'll be a pre-sale for o2 customers?
I think it's only the actual big O2 venue (the one Led Zep played) which has exclusive pre-sale for O2 phone users. I'd read that the Academy venues (formerly Carling) are going to be doing it, but I don't see anything about it on the O2 website yet.
Anyone know anything else ?

Shame, I thought being an o2 customer was about to pay off...

Cambridge Corn Exchange is an awsome venue. Get involved.

Plus, I live about 15 mins from it. Which is kind of lucky I guess. I don't think I have quite got over the shock to be honest.

In terms of websites - what do people think is the best option?

I missed out last week as firstly I was taken aback but tickets going on sale at 9:58, and even then I was flciking between ticketmaster and seetickets deciding which one to use. It was my first time attempting to get tickets for a Moz gig and I panicked basically. Im determined for there not to be a repeat performance on Friday.

I've never used either of the sites before, but on seetickets you have to enter your details at the point of sale. Is this avoided on ticketmaster?

Cheers

OMG, more dates? Very exciting. I hope I'm lucky this time. Buy spares if you can people, you'll be able to shift them to fellow fans no trouble.

Seetickets makes you re-enter your details for every single order.
Ticketmaster: you can just make an account there right now if you like, then come Friday you just sign/log in and away you go!
